About Anna
Anna Guenther is the co-founder and Chief Bubble Blower of PledgeMe. Since launching in 2012 over 1,500 creative, community and entrepreneurial campaigns have raised over $60 million through the crowdfunding platform. PledgeMe was the first licenced equity crowdfunding platform in New Zealand, and one of the first in Australia.
PledgeMe helps people fund the things they care about, with a focus on the funding representing the countries in which they are based (eg. 50% female led, 30% in the regions). Anna has also worked for MIT and Harvard, and completed her Masters in Entrepreneurship with a focus on crowdfunding. She has just started a role with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise helping kiwi companies grow for the good of Aotearoa and the world.
