We need to know our customers not just as numbers and demographics, but as real, living breathing people with dreams and frustrations. If you can picture the exact person who buys your product in your head, it is much easier to target more buyers.
In this session, Lou (our Chief Activator) will go over the customer journey. This is an easy and practical tool to highlight things you may not have thought of from the moment your customer sees your brand for the first time to the moment of purchase.
